A day of live music and art along the St. Lawrence River will take place Saturday, July 27 as the Cape Vincent Arts Council hosts the third annual NNY Riverside Music & Arts Festival. The free event takes place from 10:00am-7:00pm on the Cape Vincent Village Green, 357 Broadway Street, in downtown Cape Vincent, featuring a variety of regional musicians and artists displaying their talents throughout the day.
Visitors are invited to bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy a day of great music and art in picturesque Cape Vincent. Local eateries and shops directly across from the Village Green will be open during the festival.
The lineup of performers is still being finalized but will include the following among others:
Emma Bee – Watertown singer/guitarist of haunting melodies and moving stories Brittany Cean – feel-good acoustic music from a Northern NY native Joey Collins & the Creatives – power-trio rock band from Watertown Maggie Mintz – singer/songwriter and acoustic guitarist from Sackets Harbor Sirsy– award-winning, soulful pop-rock duo from Albany Rib & the Bones – female-fronted alternative-rock band from Oneonta
Attention, artists: The arts portion of the festival is a juried show. Artists of all mediums
